Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over a qualifying threshold. Check the announcement bar or promotions page for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Zone Six is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we expand to your region.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please reach out to us at hellozonesix@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll resolve it promptly.
